I received an interesting email the other day about all the latest gadgets and advancements in current technology. It seems that I can now watch movies while looking stylish and fooling my boss at the same time! I'm guessing a multi-screened monitor would be her way of getting me re-focused. I could then write an apology note on my electronic paper before getting back to work. The mind boggles...

Finally, branching away from last month’s money saving tips, I would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that although times are tough, there are still many less fortunate than us struggling just to survive each day. If you are able to spare a few pennies, or would like to rack up "nice" points on Santa's list (it's never too early to start!) by volunteering your time, here is a link to a site that lists all charities in 
South Africa. Every little bit helps. Also, Greater Good SA has invented social benefit networking: givers and causes interacting online for the greater good. Connect with a Greater Good registered cause and find a way to give.
