There was jumping and running and skipping and aching muscles galore. There was so much sweating we looked like entrants to a 'wet t-shirt' competition. Yes folks - we did it! We survived our first Adventure Boot Camp for Women with Trainer Lee Ferreira. Despite Mother Nature’s every intention to rain on our parade, Lee remained undaunted and cleverly utilised the facilities at the beautiful Botanical Gardens in such a way that we were too busy to even notice. All in all, a huge thumbs up from us for the entire experience.
