How to create an email header / stationery (Outlook Express)

1. Open Outlook Express
2. Click “Tools”
3. Click “Options”
4. Click “Compose”
5. Under Stationery click “Create New”
6. Click “Next”
7. Click “Browse” and search for the image you would like to use (Make sure “Picture” is ticked)
8. Choose the Position you would like this image to be displayed i.e. Top & Left (you can view the image in the Preview window).
9. Choose “Do not tile” in the Tile drop down menu
10. Click “Next”
11. If you are using Outlook Express as your default email program then change the font in this step. If not, just click “Next”
12. Use the up& down arrows next to Left & Top Margins to select where your text will appear. (You can view the image in the Preview window).
13. Click “Next”
14. Type the name of your stationery e.g. My Company
15. Click “Finish”
16. Click “OK”
17. Open MS Outlook
18. Click “Tools”
19. Click “Options”
20. Click “Mail Format”
21. Click “Stationary Picker”
22. Click “My Company” – the name of the email stationary you created
23. Click “OK"
24. Click “OK”
25. Click “Apply”
26. Open a new email and check that it has been created
