How to create an email signature (Outlook 2007)

 LOL Cats
1. Click "Tools"
2. Click "Options"
3. Click "Mail Format"
4. Under Signatures click "Signatures"
5. Click "New"
6. Under step 1 enter a name of the Signature e.g. BWA Cape Town
7. Under step 2 select "Start with a blank signature"
8. Click "Next"
9. Under "This text will be included in outgoing mail messages:" type your signature.
10. Click "Font" to change the font to your selected font
11. If you have an image to insert i.e. your logo, right click in this same section and select "Insert Image.."
12. Click "Browse"
13. Find & select your image and click "OK"
14. Once you have finished your signature click "Finish"
15. Click "OK"
16. Under Signatures click the drop down menu next to "Select signatures for account:" and select your signature e.g. BWA Cape Town
17. You can also select if you would like the signature to be added for new messages and/or replies and forwards by selecting the signature in the drop down menus.
18. Click "OK"
19. Create a new email to check that your signature is correct.
