How to export your contacts / address book (MS Outlook)

LOL Cats

1. Open MS Outlook
2. Click "File"
3. Click "Import and Export..."
4. Click "Export to a File"
5. Click "Next"
6. Click "Microsoft Excel 97-2003" or any of the other options if that is what you require
7. Click "Next"
8. Under "Select folder to export from:" choose the Contact folder you would like to export from
9. Click "Next"
10. Click "Browse"
11. Select where you would like the file to be saved e.g. Desktop
12. Under "File name:" type the name you would like the file to be called e.g. BWA Contacts
13. Click "OK"
14. Click "Next"
15. Make sure the "Export "Contacts" from folder: BWA" is ticked & selected
16. Click "Finish"
17. Go to the place you have saved the file and open it e.g. Desktop and look for BWA Contacts

All your contact information will be displayed in Excel.
